Tom D. Berry has been actively involved as a professional auctioneer since 1970. During this time thousands of successful auctions have been conducted. As a full service auctioneer, virtually every asset class has been successfully marketed. Mr. Berry is also actively involved in the Energy Business. He was a former Director of a private energy company and was an active outside Director of a publicly traded financial institution. Mr. Berry is President of the T.D. Berry Investment Co., Inc. and is an active private investor.

Mr. Berry is a native of the State of Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Law. He is an active real estate broker in Oklahoma. Mr. Berry served six years in the U.S. military. He resides in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
